2. To provide Financial & Consulting services to First Nations and Tribal Councils on their projects.

3. A complete analysis of their overall needs.

4. Thorough knowledge and understanding of First Nation Governments and Institutions.

5. Development of planning schedules.

6. Development of budgeting procedure.

7. Providing full bookkeeping services.

8. Provide Program Evaluation Services.

9. Development and/or implementation of internal operating procedures - temporary and/or permanent.

10. Develop personnel policies specific to the First Nation and Tribal Councils.

11. Assist in the preparation of a re-financing packages for Business and/or First Nation’s Government Operations.
